A local meth bust by police searching an Inarajan home yesterday resulted in five arrests.
Francisco Arias and Eder Cortez-Zelaya were sentenced for mailing meth to Guam.
A year after he was found guilty of G-RAP fraud, former Homeland Security Advisor Ambrosio Constantino, Jr. was sentenced in federal court.
